A family run caravan park with large spacious pitches, excellent facilities and a range of holiday homes for sale.
Situated adjacent to the delightfully quiet village of Ripley, near Harrogate. The pleasantly landscaped site has been designed by a family with many years experience of caravanning to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The facilities are purpose built to high standards and include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, nursery room, games room and outdoor adventure playground. WIFI is available to purchase throughout the Park. The whole site is level and spacious with generous hard standing and grass pitches available.

Is available through a third party supplier on the Park.
Laundry Services
Our Laundry room consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. (Note. there is a small fee for these facilities)
Games Room
Enjoy the pool tables, table tennis table and table football, there is also a coffee machine/information area and shop.
Parking Spaces
There is parking on your pitch and also a small car park for visitors.
Playing Field
A favourite for the children, is our spacious football and volleyball area, perfect sources of exercise.
Swimming Pool
Our heated indoor swimming pool is located inside the Leisure block inside Reception

What dates is the Park open for the season?
Our 2025 Season runs from Saturday 8th March – 2nd November.
When do I need to vacate my pitch?
Sites to be vacated by 12 noon, arrivals 2pm unless by prior arrangement.
What is the minimum stay?
Bank Holiday varies from a minimum 3 – 5 nights. Weekends if pre-booking is a minimum 2 nights. Please call Reception to check the availability.
Do you have tent pitches
Unfortunately we don’t have any tent pitches available.
Do you accept Gazebos?
Unfortunately we do not accept any type of gazebo on the Park.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs, depending on breed are welcome on short leads (Max 2 unless prior arrangement).
Can I have any visitors for the day?
Yes, we accept visitors. All visitors must report to reception. Visitors are to leave by 8.00 pm.

Can I bring a commercial vehicle?
No, unfortunately we do not accept commercial vehicles on the park.
Can I charge my Electric Vehicle?
We cannot allow charging of EV on the pitches. The nearest charging station is Tesco’s in Killinghall, approx. 1 mile away.

Bookings require a deposit for Bank Holidays of 50% this is taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.
